Authorities confirmed that Boone Jr. was pronounced deceased at the scene after his vehicle left the roadway and entered a body of water near northbound Brunswick Pike at the Kelly Viaduct, in the vicinity of Quakerbridge Mall. The incident was reported around 11:07 p.m. after a witness heard a crash and observed a vehicle submerged near the 3320 block of Brunswick Pike.
Responding officers from the Lawrence Township Police Department arrived to find the vehicle fully submerged.
